The Princess Bride illustrations are exploratory examples of how I would handle the character and scene designs of one of the greatest fairytale stories written in the past 50 years. These examples are what-ifs and how-would-you samples that are informed by the ingeniously written account handed down by Morgenstern and are unlike that cult-hit-beloved movie cobbled together, in a hasty albeit delicious way, by Goldman.
