Wow. I thought I’d be back in a couple weeks, not a month. But, I suppose moving eight people a few states to the west takes a toll. It’s been an interesting and full time. Definitely I have struggled with feeling dry, struggled to draw well in the midst of the exhaustion, continued drawing, and continued to struggle.

Big changes affect us all. We are ripe for it at my house: art, home, job, state, it’s all transforming.

As for art, I gave up what had come to be a good 50% of my normal method (iPad) this week. That kinda hurt, but in the midst of change there is, thankfully, still pencil and paper. Not to mention my family (my beautiful bride not pictured).
